The web site will be linked to the property database of www.spanishhomefinders.com currently featuring in excess of 20,000 properties across Spain, with more coming on line. In addition it will strongly feature in all local advertising, property exhibitions and other forms of local marketing.

Join us as a Franchise Partner and have access to over 20,000 properties.

We are currently seeking to expand our coverage of Mainland Spain, by appointing additional Franchised Licensed Applicators.

We require people (no experience necessary) with commitment, drive and enthusiasm to join our professional team and further enhance our growing reputation throughout the Spanish community.

You can become a Spanish Homefinders franchise partner by means of a Franchise contract. A Franchise contract is drawn up and agreed between ourselves and the franchisee and once everything is in place and agreed both parties sign the contract and your franchise business can commence.

The new Franchise is required to have an office, with telephone, computer and fax and located in a commercial zone.  This is a cost effective way to start your own business with minimal outlay and the back up of a large Company Group established for over 15 years.

 Together as a group we achieve more - with less outgoings - A very sensible Partnership!

You will need basic office furniture, computer software and your shop sign incorporating our company Logo. We will provide a training course at one of our Spanish offices, initial advertising; forms, brochures and full back up. We advertise extensively and have representation at the large Property Exhibitions in the UK in Airports and In-flight Magazines.  We have also contracted to advertise on Real Estate TV.

  • Financial and Mortgage Training
  • After Sales Training

The cost of setting up a Franchise with Spanish Homefinders would be approximately 20,000 GBP which would include your own Website built for you, all Office Equipment, Computer Software, Signs, Initial Advertising, Administration Forms and the fee to Spanish Homefinders - thereafter a License Fee of 250.00 GBP per month paid by bank transfer.

  You ask?   -   Will I be running my own business?

You will be an independent owner and operator within the Spanish Homefinders Group. You will have freedom to run and develop your own business within the framework of the franchise agreement and in accordance with the operating rules and standards which are an intrinsic part of the franchise. How this works in practice will be made clear to you under a Confidentiality Agreement before you contract to take a franchise.
